HOUSE RULES

7Stonez Luxurious Suites has set house rules in order to preserve order, peace and quietness in the apartment/property. The House Rules are attached to each guest rooms. If not, the Guest can request an e-copy of house rules from 7Stonez Luxurious Suites. The Guest must take notice of “The House Rules” and abide accordingly.

CHECK-IN          FROM 3PM onwards

CHECK-OUT      BY 11AM

Late check-out charges at MYR50 per room per hour (Subject to availability).

Security deposit of MYR200-300 per room per stay is required before/upon arrival.

NO PETS

Pets and live stocks are strictly not allowed in the room and premise.

NO SMOKING

No smoking is allowed in the room and premise. Penalty of MYR2,000 will be imposed if caught.

​

NO DURIAN

Any pungent food such as durian is not allowed in the room and premise. Penalty of MYR200 for deep cleaning will be imposed if found.

​

NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES

Drugs and illegal activities are strictly not allowed in the room and premise. Hotel reserves the right to remove the guest from premise without refund and report to police if caught.

QUIET HOURS

No loud disturbance, noises or nuisances are allowed from 11PM late night till 8AM morning.

​

PARKING

Please park your vehicle at dedicated carpark stated in the room key. Park at your own risk.

​

EXTRA BEDS

Charges apply to any use or request of extra beds or additional number of occupants staying in the room.

PROPER ATTIRE IN FACILITIES PODIUM

Please wear proper attire to facilities podium and keep the areas clean after use.

DAMAGE TO ROOMS

Damage to rooms, assets, mattresses and beddings will result in a charge for replacement of the damaged item as of hotel item price list.

​

NON-REMOVABLE STAINS

Any hard or non-removable stains on linens, sofa fabrics, and wall in the room will subject to penalty charges as of hotel price list.

​

LOST KEYS

Lost keys shall be charged MYR200 for each access card and MYR100 for each room token or metal key.

​

NO GARBAGE AT CORRIDOR

Garbage at corridor and anywhere of property is strictly not allowed. Penalty of MYR200 be fined if caught.

​

GO GREEN ENERGY SAVING

Let's switch off any electrical appliances when not in use to make the world a better place.

​

EXTRA CLEANING SERVICES

Charges will apply to any request of additional cleaning arrangements or linen replacement

*IMPORTANT NOTICE*

All apartments/properties' common areas are under CCTV surveillance. If the Guest or someone accompanying the Guest violates the House Rules or acts in such a way that the order, peace and quietness or normal operation of 7Stonez Luxurious Suites could be jeopardized, the Guests and anyone accompanying the Guest must leave the apartment/property upon request.

7Stonez Luxurious Suites and/or building management reserve the rights to forfeit Guest's deposit or impose higher penalty for any misconducts and violations of property policies. All apartments/properties are police friendly.
